My biggest realization while I am trying to figure what else I can create on Instagram to start having success. This concept doesn't just apply to creating contents on Instagram, it is the same concept when it comes to creating your first winning product, launching your first profitable business and everything else! This is the fastest way to start having small wins in everything you do. Let's jump right in! (00:00): Hey, everyone. Welcome back to internet profits, blueprint, podcast. Hope you're doing awesome today. Today, I wanna talk about how you can start having the first wave of success in anything that you're trying to achieve and dominate. (00:15): Hey guys, and gals welcome back. It's a beautiful Monday. And first of all, I want to apologize for late upload. My podcast is supposed to be going live in the morning, at seven in the morning, every single day. And I usually record my podcasts on Sunday. But I only managed to record it live now because the last few days was insane. (00:36): So last Friday I went to dentist and wanted to put on braces, but it turns out I need to remove three tooth before I can do it. So I removed three tooth on last Friday, and then couldn't talk for a few days until today. (00:54): I was so worried to miss out the podcast today. Luckily I felt better today and I can talk and do this podcast for you guys. Anyway, I just want to let you know what has been going on in my life. So today I want to talk about one principle that I learned, that is so important that I forgot for the last two weeks. Last two weeks was crazy for me. I spent a lot of time on creating contents on Instagram and also trying to grow my following there. I think I prefer Instagram a lot more than Facebook. Because organic traffic on Facebook is basically dead. I have someone last couple of days ago on Facebook, talking about how he has over 2000 friends on Facebook and only got 40 or so views on the video he put out. It is really hard to get attention on Facebook now, but on Instagram it's still working well. (01:56): You just need to put in more time if you don't want to invest money to grow your following there. So I spent a lot of time in the last two weeks on Instagram and wanting to put out the best content to attract people to my account and start following me. And I started to get stressed out a little bit, not going to lie, because I was running out of creativity and trying to figure out what else, unique and different content ideas I can come up with. So I started to check out different accounts and hashtags to see what exact contents people are putting out there. And I noticed that almost every account with big followings like to create the Twitter style posts. If you know what I'm talking about, people designed their posts to look like the layout of a Twitter post. Somehow it is the trending now and people just show response to these kind of posts. (02:55): It doesn't make sense for me and I didn't want to do it at first because I want to come out with my own style. But I figured that it is not a bad idea for me to just try and see if it helps to get some attention to my posts. So I started to putting out this kind of posts on my feed, and surprisingly, it works. I got more engagement on my posts than weeks earlier. And this just reminds me of the principle of modeling success. I remember I talked about this before. The concept from Tony Robbins. He said, if you want to have success in anything, you just need to model who has done it. They have proven to you what works and what doesn't. If you just model what they have done, you can to get the similar results. (03:50): It is not that you can't have your own way to achieve success, or you can't follow your own path. But when you are new in something, you just don't know what you don't know. And the fastest way to get results, and the lowest hanging fruit is to modeling someone who has done it. When you start having success from modeling, then you can weave in your own creativity and your own style, trying to become different and achieve the next level of success. So for me, when I am still new to Instagram, there are so many things that I just didn't know yet. There are people who are in the platform way longer than me, and they understand the platform a lot better than I do. They know what kind of contents are proven to work and how people will respond to it. So if I want to start having success in this platform, the lowest hanging fruit for me is to modeling what is proven to work on this platform. (04:52): This is my biggest realization in the last few days, just reminding me of this concept of modeling success. So for you, when you are launching your products, creating your contents or anything, understand that there is someone out there who has figured it out. They're putting in their resources and going through trials and errors to figure out what is working and what doesn't. The easiest for you to have the same level of success as them is to model them. Well, it might not get you the exact same result, but it will make sure that you're on the right track to avoid unnecessary trials and errors. And that would have made a big difference for you. (05:39): Anyway, hope this helps. And by the way, if you haven't already follow me on Instagram, be sure to connect with me over there. And I would love to see you there. All right. That's it for today. Wish you an amazing day and talk to you again.
